The fish is caught by small boats, often long liners, that go out for only one day at the time. After landing the fish is processed the next morning in one of the many factories along the coast line. These factories in addition to the fleet represent the backbone of the Icelandic fishing industry.

With this short way from catch to processing we ensure the highest freshness and quality of the finished product.

A fresh fillet or loin can be delivered two days after landing, if flight schedule is favourable.
